ไอเดียของคุณ…สมควรได้รับมากกว่าแค่ “การเขียนโปรแกรม”

ถึง นักคิด ผู้ประกอบการ และผู้นำธุรกิจทุกท่าน

ทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลที่ยิ่งใหญ่ ล้วนเริ่มต้นจาก “ไอเดีย” บางครั้งมันเริ่มต้นจากปัญหาเล็ก ๆ ภายในองค์กร ที่ไม่มี Software สำเร็จรูปตัวไหนสามารถตอบโจทย์ได้อย่างแท้จริง บางครั้งมันเริ่มต้นจากโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Application, Platform, Marketplace, Blockchain หรือ Business Model รูปแบบใหม่ที่ยังไม่มีใครเคยทำ และบางครั้ง ทุกอย่างเริ่มต้นจากคำถามง่าย ๆ เพียงประโยคเดียวว่า “ถ้าเราสร้างสิ่งนี้ขึ้นมาได้ล่ะ?” ผมเชื่อว่าคำถามสั้น ๆ ประโยคนี้ สามารถกลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่ได้ แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน ผมก็รู้ดีว่า ระหว่างการ “มีไอเดีย” กับการ “ทำให้ไอเดียนั้นเกิดขึ้นจริง” มีระยะทางที่ยาวกว่าที่หลายคนคิด คุณต้องเข้าใจผู้ใช้งาน ต้องเข้าใจ Business Model ต้องออกแบบประสบการณ์ที่ดี ต้องเลือก Technology ที่เหมาะสม และต้องมีทีมพัฒนาที่ไม่ได้เข้าใจเพียงว่า “จะเขียน Code อย่างไร” แต่ต้องเข้าใจด้วยว่า “เรากำลังสร้างสิ่งนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่ออะไร?” และนั่นคือเหตุผลที่เราสร้าง ARZIO

เราไม่ได้ต้องการเป็นเพียง Software House อีกหนึ่งบริษัท

มีบริษัทมากมายที่สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมได้ แต่การเขียน Software ให้เสร็จ กับการสร้าง Digital Product ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ เป็นคนละเรื่องกัน ที่ ARZIO เราไม่อยากให้ลูกค้าเข้ามาหาเราเพียงเพราะต้องการ Programmer เราอยากให้คุณมาหาเรา เพราะคุณมี ไอเดีย ปัญหา โอกาส หรือความทะเยอทะยานบางอย่างที่ต้องการทำให้เกิดขึ้นจริง หน้าที่ของเราจึงเริ่มต้นก่อนการเขียน Code บรรทัดแรกเสมอ เราตั้งคำถาม เราทำความเข้าใจธุรกิจ เราวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของผู้ใช้งาน เราศึกษา Customer Journey และเราจะช่วยกันค้นหาว่าอะไรคือสิ่งที่ “จำเป็นต้องสร้าง” รวมถึงอะไรคือสิ่งที่ “ไม่จำเป็นต้องสร้าง” เพราะหน้าที่ของเราไม่ใช่การขาย Feature ให้คุณมากที่สุด แต่คือการช่วยคุณสร้าง “Product ที่ถูกต้อง”

ธุรกิจของคุณไม่ควรต้องปรับตัวเข้าหา Software

หนึ่งในปัญหาที่เราเห็นอยู่เสมอ คือหลายองค์กรต้องเปลี่ยนวิธีการทำงานของตัวเอง เพียงเพราะ Software ที่ใช้อยู่ไม่สามารถรองรับวิธีการทำธุรกิจที่แท้จริงได้ ผมเชื่อว่า Technology ควรทำงานในทิศทางตรงกันข้าม ธุรกิจของคุณไม่ควรต้องปรับตัวเข้าหา Software,  Software ต่างหากที่ควรถูกออกแบบให้ปรับเข้ากับธุรกิจของคุณ นี่คือหนึ่งในแนวคิดสำคัญของ ARZIO ไม่ว่าคุณต้องการสร้าง Mobile Application, Web Application, Enterprise System, E-Commerce Platform, Marketplace, Membership System, Digital Ecosystem, Blockchain Solution หรือแม้แต่ระบบบางอย่างที่ยังไม่เคยมีใครสร้างมาก่อน เราจะเริ่มจากการทำความเข้าใจว่า ธุรกิจของคุณควรทำงานอย่างไร จากนั้นจึงออกแบบ Technology ให้ทำงานเพื่อธุรกิจนั้น

จาก Idea สู่สิ่งที่จับต้องได้

คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินเข้ามาหา ARZIO พร้อม Technical Specification หลายร้อยหน้า คุณอาจมีเพียงไอเดียหนึ่งอย่าง ภาพ Sketch หนึ่งภาพ, Business Model หนึ่งหน้า, Presentation หนึ่งชุด, ปัญหาที่อยากแก้หนึ่งเรื่อง หรือแม้แต่ประโยคง่าย ๆ ว่า “ผมอยากสร้างอะไรประมาณนี้ แต่ทำให้มันดีกว่านี้ได้ไหม?” เราเริ่มต้นจากตรงนั้นได้ และค่อย ๆ เปลี่ยนสิ่งที่อยู่ในความคิด ให้กลายเป็นสิ่งที่สามารถใช้งานได้จริง

Technology จะเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อไป วันนี้ธุรกิจกำลังพูดถึง Application, Platform, Blockchain, Cloud, API, AI และ Digital Ecosystem วันพรุ่งนี้อาจมี Technology ใหม่เกิดขึ้นอีกมากมาย แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่จะไม่เปลี่ยนสำหรับ ARZIO คือ เราจะใช้ Technology เพื่อเปลี่ยนความเป็นไปได้ทางธุรกิจ ให้กลายเป็นความจริง เราไม่ต้องการนำ Blockchain มาใช้ เพียงเพราะ Blockchain ฟังดูทันสมัย เราไม่ต้องการใส่ AI เข้าไปในทุกระบบ เพียงเพราะทุกคนกำลังพูดถึง AI และเราไม่ต้องการสร้างระบบที่ซับซ้อน หากระบบที่เรียบง่ายกว่าสามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ดีกว่า Technology ไม่ควรถูกสร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อทำให้ใครรู้สึกประทับใจ Technology ต้องสร้าง Value นี่คือหลักคิดที่เราใช้กับทุกระบบที่เราสร้าง

เราสร้างเพื่อวันนี้ แต่เราออกแบบเพื่อวันข้างหน้า

ระบบที่รองรับผู้ใช้งาน 100 คนได้อย่างดี อาจล้มเหลวเมื่อมีผู้ใช้งาน 100,000 คน Platform ที่เหมาะกับธุรกิจวันนี้ อาจกลายเป็นข้อจำกัดเมื่อธุรกิจเติบโตขึ้นในอีกสามปีข้างหน้า และ Solution ที่แก้ปัญหาได้เร็วที่สุดในวันนี้ อาจสร้างปัญหาที่ใหญ่กว่ามากในอนาคต เพราะฉะนั้น ARZIO จึงไม่ได้คิดเพียงแค่ “ทำอย่างไรให้ระบบ Launch ได้” แต่เราต้องคิดต่อไปว่า “ถ้าธุรกิจนี้เติบโตขึ้น 10 เท่า ระบบที่เราสร้างวันนี้จะยังพาธุรกิจไปต่อได้หรือไม่?” เราจึงให้ความสำคัญกับ Architecture, Scalability, Security, Integration, Data และ Maintainability ตั้งแต่วันแรก เพราะเราไม่ต้องการสร้าง Software ที่วันหนึ่งลูกค้าต้องทิ้งแล้วเริ่มต้นใหม่ทั้งหมด เราอยากสร้างรากฐานที่ธุรกิจสามารถเติบโตต่อยอดขึ้นไปได้

ถึง Founder ทุกคนที่ยังมีไอเดียอยู่ในสมุดเล่มหนึ่ง
